I have stood in front of a classroom for 34 years and on the sideline for 37 seasons. I have navigated parent conflicts, coach turnover, budget constraints, and the pressure of building a winning culture — not looking from the outside, but as the person responsible for the outcome.
That experience is what makes what I can do for your athletic department different. Every situation, protocol, and system I have built is grounded in what actually works inside a real athletic department — not what looks good in some presentation.
